I use this to clear back bacteria out of my gut. Also for treating long term lyme. You will burp up Orageno taste if not taken with food. But allows me to know it's true oil. These are easy to swallow. The quantity for the price is good compared to dropper oil. Which I used for different health benefits. I search out this brand and recommend to my friends and family. I've been dealing with lower back pain for the last 2 weeks, sharp pains, not walking normal, continually stretching my back and not being able to sit without pain. I took a daily dose of 2 pills. I have tried other brands, nothing is holding a flame to this one..hands down the best OOO supplement I tried. There is a after taste when you burp, you can actually smell the oregano when u open the bag, I took this mainly for the immune support since it's an antiviral. I also take it for hidradenitis Superativa. This is such an effective product and they are not hard to swallow. There are several other uses for this, always research before experimenting.

Fast obsorption and strong stuff!I use to take oil of oregno drops and drink water right after. This helps not burn my throat and tongue .I do burp oregno flavor after though but I dont care... better than burping garlic
